As many of y’all know, I am vegan. The hardest transition was cheese. When I found Daiya and Follow Your Heart brands, I was SOLD. However, these are not zero waste and most of the packaging isn’t even recyclable. I’d buy it anyways because I like it but always felt a lot of remorse.

Y’all. Vegan Huggs KILLED this recipe. It is by far the best cheese I’ve ever made. (And the second best tasting, next to Spirals queso)

I’m so happy to not have to buy cheese ever again!! *insert happy dance*
